Jen Trego brings more than 20 years of experience in all phases of construction, from planning and estimating to closeout. She holds a B.A. in Physics from Notre Dame of Maryland University and manages daily operations across the Delmarva region. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Jen ensures projects run smoothly and supports ACE Mentors to inspire future industry professionals.
